  When Windows 10 support ended, my husband and I knew it was time to upgrade, but we were highly reluctant to part with our faithful old laptops. She helped us select two new, lightweight laptops perfectly tailored to our needs as seniors, and we couldn't be happier.   They helped me figure out what was wrong with my computer being full despite nothing on it. I am very appreciative that Marc was able to answer my emails fast, take in my computer & fix it right away knowing that I need it for my daily. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and all staff was friendly. They even have the sweetest dog there! The pricing was very reasonable too. If I ever have issues again I will be coming back!   They were quick figuring out the problem with my laptop. I've been there before and they always go through all possible problems if you don't know what's wrong and they are happy to explain it. Sage the Dog is a sweetheart too. I will always go to them whenever a problem arises.

  Marc was very helpful in telling me directly what I needed to hear about my bad purchase of a computer (my own fault, I should have done more research).   I unexpectedly received the dreaded BitLocker “blue screen” on my laptop overnight due to a BIOS update. I had 2 recovery keys but neither worked. I was pretty much locked out of my computer unless I could somehow reinstall Windows on the fly. I came into the shop, explained my situation and they took care of me on the spot. Excellent customer service and support. I appreciate how they took time out of what they were doing to help me. 5 ⭐️

  I had a computer that refused to turn on and I needed some files off of it. They had gotten the files off of the computer and was able to get it up and running within two days. It has been a little over a week at this point and is running better than before any damage had occurred to it. The service was quick, efficient and the staff treated me kindly and with respect.  I will most definitely go back to them if I have issues with my electronics in the future.
